A cancellation fee of $15 per person applies to all cancellations. Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to the tour departure will incur a charge equal to 50% of the total reservation amount. No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of departure will be charged the full reservation amount. One date change is permitted per reservation, provided the request is made at least 72 hours in advance and within the same operating season. All tours operate rain or shine unless safety conditions require otherwise. Vistas Al Paraíso reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify tours due to weather conditions, water levels, safety concerns, insufficient bookings, or circumstances beyond its control.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme water levels, Vistas Al Paraíso reserves the right to substitute the booked tour with another of equivalent or similar value. Safety is our highest priority. If no tour can be operated due to safety reasons, a full refund will be provided.
Vistas Al Paraíso reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be published on our website and will become effective immediately upon publication.
